Continue & enhance the work that I started during my 2009-2013 & 2017-2021 tenure. I have been part of an effective team working towards moving RPS forward; served as School Board Chair, Vice Chair, & Finance Committee Chairperson.

Built state of the art educational facilities and learning tools - Cardinal (Greene), Henry L. Marsh (George Mason), Broad Rock & Oak Grove/Bellemeade Elementary Schools, River City (Elkardt) & Martin Luther King Middle Schools, Huguenot High School​

Earned 100% Full Accreditation

Fiscal responsibility, reinstated internal auditor (2019) and increased with a functional audit plan

Early Childhood Center opened & district-wide focused on Early Prevention

Approved 2012 district–wide rezoning plan for elementary schools; Athletic Turnaround Initiative; supported Higher Achievement program at Boushall Middle School; Organized 2010 Back to School Supplies Give-Away held at George Wythe High School for RPS Students

Helped secure an additional $18M for our Operational Budget and $19M for Capital Improvement Project (CIP) building maintenance. (FY2019)
